    • Olga's Revenge lines 115-120, from the Primary Chronicle:
      и стоꙗ ѡльга лѣто, не можаше всѧти града. и оумꙑслꙇ сице. посла ко граду глаголющи, что хочете досѣдѣти, а вси гради ваши предаша сѧ мнѣ.
      Olga remained for a year, (but) she was unable to take the city. And she devised the following. She sent to the city, saying: Why do you want to remain besieged, while all your other towns have surrendered to me?
