اہل ایمان
Urdu
Etymology
Borrowed from Classical Persian اهل ایمان (ahl-i īmān), which is a Persian variant of the Quranic verse يَا أَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا (yā ʔayyuhā llaḏīna ʔāmanū, “O ye who believe”) by some Muslim scholars, especially via Persian translation of the Qur'an by Mirza Mahdi Elahi Ghomshei (1901–1973).
