獲(え) (e, “acquiring”, 連(れん)用(よう)形(けい) (ren'yōkei, “stem or continuative form”) of the verb 獲(え)る (eru).) + 物(もの) (mono, “thing”).

Essentially identical to えもの (emono, 得物).
