The phrase is misleading in the use of 黨／党 (tóng) as an example for tone six (陽上／阳上). In dialects that distinguish tones six (陽上／阳上) and seven (陽去／阳去), 黨／党 (tóng) belongs to tone two. There is also another form of this phrase including the sixth tone by replacing the second 黨／党 (tóng) with 動／动 (tǒng).
