     Qùnián qībāyuè jiān, dìzhǔ háiyǒu hǎoduō tuìdiàn lìngdiàn de shì. Shíyuè yǐhòu, wúrén gǎn tuìdiàn le. [Pinyin]

     In July and August of last year there were still many instances of landlords cancelling tenancies and re-letting the land. But after October nobody dared cancel a tenancy.
