     Mr Shek stressed that it can be seen from the 1st respondent’s Community Service Order Suitability Report that the 1st respondent was a 17-year-old young man of good character who was eager to fight for justice. Therefore, the decision not to impose a deterrent sentence on him was a principled one supported by good reason.
