Sainte-Germaine-Boulé

French

Etymology

The name of the municipality is derived from the name of Germaine Cousin (1579 - 1601) and the name of priest Auguste Boulet (1868 - 1959). It is less likely that the name Boulé refers to Hélène Boullé (1598 - 1654), wife of explorer Samuel de Champlain.
