(crime, euphemistic) A largely-apocryphal method of execution or dead-body disposal said to be used by the Mafia or other similar organized crime groups, wherein a block of concrete is poured around the victim's feet and allowed to set before the victim is thrown into a body of water (to drown if still alive).
