Coined by sexologist John William Money (1921–2006), corresponding to chrono- (time) + -philia (love of).

  1. Primary or exclusive sexual attraction toward members of a specific age group, as with paedophilia or gerontophilia.

      With one kind of chronophilia called autonepiophilia, sexual arousal and pleasure are dependent on, and responsive to, pretending to be a baby in diapers and having one's sexual partner play along.
