Etymology
A pluralized form of rangë, from Proto-Albanian *ranka (“gatherings”), with -ull suffix, close to Lithuanian rankà (“hand”), paranká (“gathering”), renkù, riñkti (“to gather”), Proto-Slavic *rǫka (“hand”).[1]
