      The plaque is dedicated to Sir Henry Fowler (1870-1938), locomotive engineer and Chief Mechanical Engineer at both the Midland (from 1909) and LMS (from 1925). He was born and raised in the town, and attended the same senior school (Prince Henry's) as I did.
