How do the MOAs differ that ACE-Inhibitors might not work, but Calcium Channel Blockers (CCB) do work
How is it that, for some patients, ACE-Inhibitors can have no measurable effect on the blood pressure (BP), but CCBs work?
What has me stumped is how this is theoretically possible.
