Constantly learning, albeit slower than others. I wonder if tortoises feel depressed with the nature of their bodies. Maybe they have the temperament to match it. Maybe they have no choice. Then again, their civilization doesn't pressurize them into moving at the pace of others. I think they're alright :) I'm a human-tortoise and I have the internet speeds to match, lol.
