1. (past-tense suffix) Forms the second-person plural past tense of verbs (indefinite conjugation).

   ‎sóhajt (“to sigh”) + ‎-ottatok → ‎sóhajtottatok (“you all (have/had) sighed”)

   Nagyot sóhajtottatok, mikor meghallottátok a rossz hírt. ― You (all) sighed heavily when you heard the bad news.

   ‎javít (“to correct”) + ‎-ottatok → ‎javítottatok (“you all (have/had) corrected”)

   Esténként kéziratokat javítottatok. ― You (all) corrected manuscripts in the evenings.

   ‎nyit (“to open”) + ‎-ottatok → ‎nyitottatok (“you all (have/had) opened”)

   Miért nem nyitottatok ajtót, mikor csengettünk? ― Why didn't you (all) open the door when we rang the bell?
